Here at BING’s Bakery we are a full line scratch bakery that is a one stop shop for your special occasion! Our bakery includes a variety of freshly baked products such as pastries, torts, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, our very own butter cookies, breads and much more. We also offer a variety of fine chocolates, as well as an assortment of wonderful gifts, greeting cards, plates and specialty napkins.

Email from Jerry: During a recent visit to Newark, my sister-in-law said "one of the best things on Main Street is Bing’s Bakery". Originally from the Philadelphia area and now living in South Florida, we miss the local bakery and goods that we grew up with. We were not disappointed in Bing’s, wonderful smells greeted us when we walked in the door. They have an impressive selection of fresh baked goods, cookies, cakes and so much more. The staff was very friendly and went our of their way to make our visit great. We did not have enough time during our visit to try all their wonderful treats and made several trips during our visit, making sure to bring their wonderful "Sticky Buns" home with us. Whenever our family is coming to visiting us, we will now ask them to stop by Bing’s Bakery and bring us something.

Email from Linda: Recently my daughter married. Her husband is from Bergen, Norway and his parents were coming to the United States for the first time for the wedding. In an attempt to make his parents feel welcome, I researched Norway culture and discovered for special occasions, they make a cake called Kransekochen. I found a picture of the cake on the internet and called Bing's Bakery. I explained the situation and Bing's agreed to make the cake. I can't tell you how touched my in-laws were when they saw the cake. It looked exactly like the picture! Having that cake at the celebration made them feel "at home". Thank you Bing's for going above and beyond.

Domenica and Brian Email: THANK YOU so much for creating the perfect Halloween Cake for my Halloween Wedding! It was even more perfect in person than I originally imagined. For you to take my idea of three very different cakes, and roll them into one cake, while still capturing exactly what I envisioned is remarkable. The cake was one of my fondest highlights of the wedding! Bing's also helped enhance my dessert bar by creating the cutest witch cupcakes ever, as well as rum balls, and pumpkin whoopie pies. Halloween is our favorite holiday and this cake helped us express that to all who were present. The guest were so impressed, people are still talking about it! It tasted as amazing as it looked! When the News Journal chose our wedding to highlight, they asked for pictures. Two out of the three they selected were of the cake!

You are greeted by glass case upon glass case of colorful and delectable goodies, along with the complimentary scent of fresh baked breads and sugary treats. Items ranging from Challah bread to black and white cookies and full tiered wedding cakes, not only look fantastic, but have an incredible taste! Plus, Bing’s has a wonderful full- and part-time staff to help you with all of your needs from a plentiful cake tasting for special events to suggestions and help for an everyday purchase. Together my husband and I have been patrons of Bing’s for over 15 years. They were the first and ONLY place we wanted to do our wedding cake and even though we now live out of state, we make it a point to stop by every time we visit. We just can’t get enough of their rainbow cookies and petit fours!!”
I recently ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's second birthday. We were doing a "Wow Wow Wubbzy" theme, which is a fairly new cartoon on Nickelodeon. Bing's had not done a Wubbzy cake before, but was more than willing to try and duplicate some cake pictures that I had found online. The woman who worked with me in the Newark location was extremely helpful. I showed her my pictures and together we came up with a design that we thought would work.
I ordered my cake in Newark but knew that I wanted to pick it up in Middletown, which was fantastic for us Middletown residents.
My daughter's birthday was yesterday, and when I saw the cake I was amazed! The decorated did an AMAZING job combining my pictures into one beautiful cake. The work was meticulous and needless to say, the cake tasted fantastic.
I am so very happy with my experience with Bings and will now be coming to you for all of my cake needs! I am attaching pictures of the cake in case you have any customers come in with a "Wubbzy" request. It really did look fantastic, thanks again for making this birthday great!
